Fishery Basic Rules
No ground baiting.
All baits should be used in moderation.
Restrictions will be put in place if any bait causes a problem.
No barbed hooks, regular and spot checks will be carried out.
No less than a 4lbs line in carp pool
No keep nets
Dispose of fishing line and rubbish correctly.
Take care when handling the fish.
Up to two rods per person allowed if paid for
Anglers must not occupy more than one peg each.
Park in car parks provided, over spill onto the grass just outside the main car park
Radios are banned unless used with headphones
If you bring a spectator, they must not occupy another peg from you.
Anyone causing a nuisance in any way will be BANNED.
The key must NEVER be lent or given to someone else
You must be at the gate, the latest 8:55pm, as gate locks automatically at 9pm and you are locked in with the guard dogs.
General Information:
This is a Members Only Fishery. Membership details can be
obtained by contacting the fishery by phone or email.
Access is via an electric gate, to which registered anglers have their own key which is obtainable on successful application.
Disabled access.
Toilet facilities on site.
Refreshments available.
Match Bookings taken.
Holiday Accomodation:
Mobile Home available for holidays or
bring your own Tourer. Season 1st March. to 31st. Nov.

Directions:
The Fishery is situated in open countryside between Preston and Lancaster, close to the north west coast and the village of Glasson Dock. It is within easy access from both Towns via. The A6, and from other areas via. the M6 Motorway
Exit junction 33 off the M6 and follow the A6 towards Preston for a distance of approx 2Km, turn Right into Cockerham Rd. Follow this until T junction with B5272 (3Km). Turn Right and head for Cockerham / Glasson Dock (A588)(3Km). Watch out for Thurnham Hall on the right, take a Left turn into Moss lane, signposted for Cockerham Sands Caravan Park. The fishery is approx 1.5Km down this road on the Left.
