Westminster Lake (4.5 acres)
Stocked with Carp (Ghost, Mirror and Common) average 5lbs to a top weight of 15lbs,
Chub to 4lbs, Rudd and Roach to 2lbs, Tench, Perch and Bream to 4lbs,
Dace and Crucians to 1lb.
Sunset Lake (1.25 acres)
Recently made into a Tench Only lake.
Priory Pool (0.75 acres)
Stocked with Crucians, Bream , Roach, Rudd and Tench
Bishops Lake (2.5 acres)
This is Lemington’s Members Only specimen lake, which contains a head of 120 mirror,
common and ghost carp between 10 and 30lb
Abbey Lake (2 acres)
Ideal to fish with pole or waggler this is our silver fish water
stocked with good quality Crucians, Bream, Tench, Roach, Rudd, and Perch.
An excellent match water for the winter.

Fishery Basic Rules:
All cars must remain in car park areas unless a disabled badge is displayed
2. Tickets to be purchased prior to fishing
3. All nets to be dipped prior to fishing
4. Only particles purchased on site may be used
5. Barbless hooks only
6. No fish over 3lb in keepnets
7. No fires or vegetation to be cut down
8. No disturbance to wildlife
9. All litter to be taken with you when you go
10. No fishing or food to be put in stock ponds
11. Maximum of 2 rods per angler
12. Fishing only from designated pegs
13. No fixed rigs or bait boats
Keep nets:
Westminster Lake: 2 nets to be used, 1 for carp and 1 for all other species
Abbey Lake: Keepnets can only be used in matches and in cold winter months only
Priory Lake: Keepnets can be used
Sunset Lake: No keepnets
The rules on keepnets are subject to a complete ban in extreme temperatures, except in matches, if keepnets are allowed they must be emptied after 5 hours.

General Information:
You’ll have no need to pack a lunch box or flask. Enjoy a hearty breakfast, baps, sandwiches or chips, pies or pasties, hot and cold drinks, are all available, to take away or enjoy on the patio or in the Anglers Room, where you can chat about fishing, watch videos or read magazines. Good selection of tackle and bait available on site, so you don't have to worry if you forget something. Also rods for hire, for those on holiday or just starting to fish. Overnight fishing permitted. Disabled access. Match Bookings. Toilet facilities.

Directions:
From Moreton-in-Marsh, take the A429 to Warwick, just over the railway bridge
turn right towards Todenham, approx 1.5 miles on the left, you will come to the entrance,
where there is a large stone name plaque.
