Christchurch Harbour
This is a popular mixed fishery for both coarse and sea angling. The harbour contains coarse fish species including Carp, Bream, Dace and Roach, with Bass, Mullet and Flounders being the most common sea fish. Sea Trout fishing is strictly reserved for members only. Day tickets are available at £4 per day Adult and £2 Junior from: Davis Tackle, Christchurch Angling Centre, Loni's(Christchurch), Wessex Angling, and Bournemouth Fishing Lodge

Lower Stour (Iford to Wick)
The tidal Lower Stour is a very good Winter fishery for Roach and Dace with good bags of these species falling to both pleasure and match anglers. Summer and Autumn anglers will also find the river very well populated with Carp, Mullet and Bream. Pike are also evident as is the occasional Bass. Day tickets at £5 per day Adult and £2.50 Junior from: Christchurch Angling Centre, Davis Tackle, Avon Angling, Bournemouth Fishing lodge, Loni's(Christchurch) and Wessex Angling.

Ringwood Fishery
This popular middle Avon fishery is situated between the Somerley Estate water and the Severals at Ringwood. The water is a very good all round fishery offering the visiting angler Barbel and Chub along with a good population of Roach, Dace and Perch. The water splits into the main river and the side stream, which produces excellent winter sport. Day tickets at £7.50 per day Adults and £3.50 for Juniors are available from Ringwood Tackle and Avon Angling in Ringwood.

Somerley Lakes
Somerley Lakes offers a variety of sport covering all aspects of stillwater fishing. The lakes contain a very healthy number of good specimen Carp, Tench and Bream with an abundance of silver fish in King Vincents lake. Swims and car parking are available for the disabled. The club request that anglers please use barbless hooks. Day tickets are available from local tackle dealers in Ringwood, Christchurch and Bournemouth, priced at £7.50 for Adults and £3.50 for Juniors.

General Information:
Christchurch Angling Club was founded in 1938. The club has grown to be one of the largest clubs in Southern England. Members are able to fish the very best of the famous Hampshire Avon including Somerley Estate waters.The club also controls many miles of the famous Dorset Stour and numerous lakes suitable for the specimen hunter, match angler or pleasure fisherman. Our game section offers Salmon fishing along the Avon valley which includes, Somerley Estate with some of the best Salmon, Sea Trout and Grayling fishing available. We also offer, three put and take, catch and release trout fishing lakes. There is also superb Sea Trout, Bass and mullet fishing within Christchurch harbour, the lower River Avon and River Stour.
