Fish Stocks:
1- Snipe Lake : Specimen Carp and Catfish.
Snipe lake is a specimen lake; the carp have grown to over 35 lbs and catfish to 60 lbs.
2-Tuscany Lake : Specimen Carp and Catfish.
Tuscany Lake is a specimen lake holding catfish over 50 lbs and carp over 33 lbs, plus tench to 10 lbs. This lake produces lots of 40lb plus catfish.and holds
catfish up to 70lbs approx.
3- Jeff's Lake : Specimen Pike.
This is a specimen Pike lake, with carp to low 20lbs, along with Tench, Perch, Roach, rudd and Bream.
4- The Major's Lake : Specimen Carp and Pike.
This was built as a match fishing lake, but now holds specimen carp and pike to 30 lbs. The lake is well stocked with bream, tench to over 10lbs, roach to over 2 lbs, perch to 4lbs, pike to mid 30 lbs, carp to 28 lbs, rudd, ide, skimmers, and golden rudd.
5- Maze Lake : match lake.
Constructed in 1995, it is stocked with carp, rudd, tench, roach, bream and skimmers.
6- Moat Farm Pond : Carp, Tench and Rudd.
Moat Farm Pond near the southern boundary has existed for many years as an old farm pond. Well stocked with carp and tench, it also holds a few larger fish to 18 lbs.
7- Daugters Lake : Specimen carp and unusual species.
Stocked with barbel over 8lbs, chubb over 6lbs, grass carp to 17lbs, and carp to over 30lbs and other unusual fish.
8- Eden Pond : tench
A secluded, peaceful pond to the west side of the fishery, this water is mainly full of tench. It is stocked with tench to 11 lb 6 oz, crucian carp, rudd, roach and carp.
9- Junior Lake : mainly silver fish and big golden tench
The lake is stocked with a lot of small fish for young anglers, and also has some nice big golden tench.

Fishery Basic Rules:
Barbless hooks to be used at all times.
No keepnets except in matches.
All fish must be returned.
Litterers will be barred.
No radios or fires.
Anglers under 18 must be supervised by an adult on Specimen lakes (Snipe and
Tuscany).
Banned baits: bloodworm, jokers, peanuts, Chick peas, trout pellets and Ground bait only to be used in moderation.
Minimum equipment required for fishing on the Snipe and Tuscany lakes
Carp fishing - unhooking mat, landing net 42", hook size 10 plus. (carp sacks are only allowed with the fishery officer's permission.)
Catfish & Pike fishing - unhooking mat, landing net 50", single hooks only or piggybacks are allowed for pike ( no trebles), line 15 lbs. (semi barbless hooks are allowed for pike).
Cars are banned on the road between Tuscany and Snipe lakes except for unloading and loading only.
General Information:
Full time Fishery Officer in attendance to answer queries and assist beginners.
Open from dawn to dusk: Night fishing available.
Ample car parking; 7 car parks.
Toilets - 2 blocks; showers for long visits; drinking water avilable.
Nature walk.
Tackle available for hire.
Ideal for corporate days.
Open matches run on a regular basis.
Lakes available for club match bookings.
Coaching available.
Gullivers Rest Cafe - Open 8.30 - 3pm 7days a week - Quality hot and cold meals (full breakfast) etc.
Holiday Accomodation:
Chalet: Attractive wooden all-weather chalet available for hire, situated on Tuscany Lake with adjacent parking for two cars. Lockable. Near to toilets and shower. Comfortable and carpeted . 4 beds ( 2 bunks and 2 fold-up), cooker, utensils, electrical supply, fridge, table, chairs etc. Storage racks for rods, hot and cold water and sink with drainer. Available for 2,3 or 4 persons. Children under 15 years free with adult. £25per person per night. July to February. Charges are for the Chalet only - fishing will be charged at the normal rates.
