Carp, Roach, Bream, Rudd, Tench, Perch Ghost Koi, and Gudgeon

No Cat or Dog Meat, cat or dog complete
No Floating biscuit.
No bread sinking or floating.
No red Maggot. (Other colour's are permitted).
No artificial or plastic baits.
No Floating Bait. (Except fly on Bowes).
No ground bait on Bassett’s Pond.

For added security there is CCTV and infra red night vision on all lakes, land and buildings.
Secure, controlled access and ample, surfaced car parking areas - no more mud puddles!
Level, all-weather, surfaced bank-side paths
Comfortable, well-spaced angling pegs, with plenty of room to fish - you should never feel cramped
Lakeside benches and shelters for use by non-angling (well behaved!) guests
A purpose-built reception manned by friendly, knowledgeable staff, with lots of free information including angling tips and lake maps
Shop selling minor tackle items and a wide variety of baits
Full sets of tackle available for hire
Clean, maintained toilets for male, female and disabled anglers
Washing and changing facilities
Free tea and coffee on arrival
